We hope you are happy with your purchase from Gawjus. However, if you are unhappy with your item or your purchase has arrived damaged please see the details below.

 Damaged items
For an item you have received that has been damaged, please ensure you have notified us via email sales@gawjus.capetown within 48 hours of receipt of the item with the following information: 
• Name
• Order Number
• Photo of the damaged item
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange

We will then arrange collection from you. Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned. We must then receive your returned item/s within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. If we are notified over 48 hours after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for the damage. Once we have received the item back, we will organise a refund to your original method of payment. 

Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your order, however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email sales@gawjus.capetown with the below information:
• Name
• Order number
• Reason for the return 

We will then send you further details on how to return this. Please note all returns need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, delivery fees are non-refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
